Welcome to the 5-Star Creator Strategy, operated by XM-Marketing LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing this program, you ("you" or "the user") agree to the following terms:
1. Access & Usage
You receive non-transferable access to all course materials, bonus content, and live calls. You may not share, resell, distribute, or reproduce any part of the program.
2. Intellectual Property
All content is protected by copyright. You may use materials for personal learning only. No part may be copied, modified, or repurposed for commercial use.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee. To qualify, you must:

Complete and implement the lessons within 30 days,

Submit proof of your effort (e.g. pitch drafts, outreach, content),

Show that, despite implementation, you saw no progress.
Refunds will not be granted for lack of engagement or change of mind. Email your request and proof to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days upon approval.
4. No Guarantees
Your results depend on your actions. We make no income or outcome promises. Success is not guaranteed.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are final unless eligible for refund (see above). For payment plans, all installments must be completed on time. Failed payments may result in revoked access.
6. WhatsApp Support
WhatsApp support is available for a total of three (3) months, starting from the day of purchase, for one-time paying members of the 5-Star Creator Strategy.
Scope of Support
This support is designed to help you navigate and apply the course effectively. It includes:

Important Limitations
WhatsApp support is not one-on-one coaching, consulting, or mentorship.
Feedback is limited to short, specific questions about the program content.

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe during business hours (Monday–Friday). Extended or complex questions may be redirected to live sessions or mentorship options.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to remove access for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misuse of materials.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be handled in this jurisdiction.
